This was my 1st online purchase from Shelpers & I must say you all did a wonderful job. I had actually ordered 2 different pairs of boots for my son for Christmas. When they arrived, we decided he would probably prefer the Lucchese brand/style so I called to cancel the Nakona order. Even the process to cancel was pleasant & worry-free. Thank you so much - I'll definitely recommend to others & will be ordering from you again.

We gave our son-Inlaw these boots for his 50th birthday. He put them on and said they fit like a glove. He's hardly had them off since he got them.
He says they are his favorite boots!

As ostrich prices seemed to be climbing (someone told me that a bird virus had made ostrich leather hard to get) I picked these up - and on sale. Saved almost half of prices I was seeing the same boot in local stores. Lucchesse fit my foot perfectly, and the Shepler service and stock was great as well.

I bought the Barnwood color of these boots. As others have mentioned, the color of these boots is a bit lighter than the photo on the website. I have seen the Barnwood color described as Burnished Tan in other places which is a more descriptive name. I had seen them in person and knew what color they when I ordered them. They arrived quickly in great shape and they fit perfectly. They broke in within about 10 wearings of a few hours each and now are very comfortable. Before deciding to buy these boots I had considered a pair of Dan Post Ostrich boots but I found that the quality of the ostrich skin on the Lucchese boots was much better than the Dan Post. If you want high quality, comfortable boots, these are great.

Though the boot did look alright, it did not look as it did in the online photo. Because of this, I returned them. I bought the barnwood pair.

These boots are beautiful but the picture is not a correct representation of the color. My husband wanted more of a dark chocolate color but these boots have more of a caramel/buttery color. The left boot was a little snug as well but the right boot fit perfect. We have returned the boots and are shopping for a better color.

This is my first Lucchese boot., and I love it! Great quality and are really nice, comfortable boots. The leather is not as shiny as shown in the photos, but still looks great. Highly recommend. I think they run just a touch larger than advertised, but not much.
