PoleBender Beautiful - My Wedding Boots
I'm not really sure why the other reviews didn't like them, because these are absolutely stunning. I purchased them for my wedding day. Attached are some pictures I took of them in the sunlight so you could see just how they glimmer. My only complaint is that they fit a bit bigger than I had hoped, should have gotten .5 a size smaller. Totally worth every penny!

This is a beautiful boot. It fits a bit bigger then comparable Lucchese 1883 boots. You will always get compliments on this pair of boots.

The shots of these enticing boots vary, but most suggest that they glitter a silvery gold--shimmer like pale magic. The pair I received was decidedly pretty, but looks more like the brown python version shown, with a golden glimmer here and there. While it's darker than I wanted, the brown does have a faintly rosy hue, and the texture a softness that makes them subtle and a fair companion to many color schemes. Clever, that python! Eeeek. I thought I'd be blown away and utterly enchanted, but I wasn't. The fit was also awkward, as the arch support seemed to hit just shy of my arch, making it feel like there was a lump at the beginning of my heel. Not Mr. P, I hope! Might have sorted out, but I'm looking for a paler shade of....shimmer.

I had heard great things about Lucchese boots, but I was disappointed both with the fit and the materials utilized. The heel feels sloppy. The fabric overlay is fragile, and I'm guessing I will wear the boot 3-4 times before the overlay looks shoddy.
Although the boot has excellent construction, I wish I could ask for a refund. Our purchase was a mistake.

I ordered these for my wedding, and they actually arrived a month early! Do not let the 15 week delivery dissuade you; these boots are worth the wait. I got them in yesterday, and they fit like a GLOVE. I?m a 5 ½ in regular shoes, and always order a 6 in boots because I wear socks with them. These boots are absolutely gorgeous and will look amazing with my wedding dress. The color is almost a champagne, and the subtle sparkle adds a touch of elegance. They are very soft and I don?t think I?ll need my normal 24/7 wearing for a couple of weeks that I usually do to break in new boots. These were immediately wearable out of the box. One of the best (and most important!) shoe purchases I?ve ever made. Can't wait to wear them on my wedding day!

Got these boots for my birthday! They're super comfy and they're adorable! I won't be wearing these riding, they're too cute. They fit great just like my good old Luchesse boots I've had for years!

Immediately comfortable and exactly as pictured online. I wear a size 61/2 shoe and ordered a 61/2 boot and it fits perfectly. Has never rubbed any part of foot or ankle wrong, regardless of how long I wore them, even the first day. Definitely worth the every penny, since they were wearable from Day 1. Tons of compliments!

These boots look and feel extra special. The design is exquisite and works on a layering stone colored suede, same colored swirling embroidery and a silver-and gold snake over-print. the effect is sumptuous. I wore them to my big birthday party and felt like a gothic Texan desert queen! The delivery and communication on-line while they were in transit was marvellous as always - especially considering I am in Australia!

I had some silver boots that I wanted to buy a few years ago and they were very expensive, so I ended up passing on them. But these are even better and the price made them affordable. Python print and metallic details and they're comfy and wonderful.
