Color? Sizing?

In the photo, the neutral looks more like tan or brown than gray? ( I can't see gray there at all.) Which is it? Do you have more pictures?

And do you have a sizing chart so I know which size to order?

It seems they color coated it by the large grey stripe in the center. You're right, it has more tan than grey.
