I used to wear Lee Rider jeans as a teenager 40 years ago!
I kept watching for them to go on special and when they did I bought them. I was delighted with my purchase. They are now my favorite jeans.

the back pockets were not as per photos - the actual shape is more like Levis - not the Lee shape i'm familiar with.

Too bad the escutcheon shape of the back pockets was modified. A bit disappointed since those of a different color still had them.

I'm very pleased with my purchase, I used to wear Lee jeans in the late 60's and early 70's.
I find the denim used in this pair soft and comfortable to wear and the weight of the denim durable...at the end of the day, all good
My only critism is that I would prefer metal buttons in the fly as opposed to the zipp and a thick leather patch on the back with the word Lee burnt into the leather,,,just like the good ol' days.

The Lee's that I ordered arrived in Australia in good time, 4-5 days from the time the order was placed. The jeans fit perfectly as I expected from previous pairs of Lee's I have owned. I was disappointed with the rear pocket shape not being the traditional shape but I put that down to me not looking at the images carefully enough. I haven't had a chance to wear them much yet but expect to get an easy 7-8 years out of them based on previous experience. Overall, another happy customer.

Tthese jeans are the kind I remember from the 60's...somewhat thicker cotton feel than some of the more upscale copies of classic jeans. The fit and style is James Dean perfect. Works great with cowboy boota for that long and lean cool look.
