Sharp band and love the crease. Great quality. Just what I expect from "Made in America". I'll be checking out Milano Hats next time I need a straw. August 31, 2012

I talked with a salesperson at Shepler's and, after I explained the size of hat that usually fits me, he said a 7 1/2 would fit perfect with a small amount of shimming on the sides. He was exactly right and I am very pleased with the hat and with the fact, rare these days, that someone actually knows about the product they are selling. Kudos to him and Sheplers. June 2, 2012
