So, I was out the $49.95, plus shipping & taxes, etc. I gave 'em to my nephew, and he was more than pleased to take 'em off my hands. These boots cost me $99, plus s&h, etc. Very nice boots! I like. As for price they are very well made and comfortable, As we had them sent out to australia, We were a little suprized that postal cost we not put on the price when we went to check out of our shopping cart. It was taken out weeks later and put a dent in the pocket, but still very happy with the boots. I will and have passed this store on to other friends. I myself will shop again. September 14, 2010

It is a light weight flexable boot which is comfortable to wear for long rides and working in or just going to town boot. Thank you for shipping to Alaska you can't find a boot like that up here. I was unable to purchase them here in the UK and was apprehensive about ordering over the net but [...] the boots are very good quality. My one complaint would be the heel, close up it appears plastic but this is a minor detail and should not put anyone off buying waht are good quality affordable boots. October 7, 2009

    The actual color is black. Sheplers generally can carry so many colors. If you contact customer service they may possibly be able to get a tan color as long as the manufacturer can provide it.
