    Cowboy boots are usually made of leather, they may have a varying source of where the leather comes from, but they are leather. The description would state if it was imitation leather, or man-made composition to show that it was not leather.

    Please call customer service for an answer and they can have someone in the warehouse verify the circumference of the boot. When having them check give them the exact size you will be wearing because the circumference will vary between size and width of a boot.
