Rated 4 out of 5 by Laredo Boots These are the most beautiful boots I have ever seen. I was slightly dissappointed though when the 9M I ordered( which is my normal size) came through a whole thumb length ( long) too big. These are gorgeous boots for the money and the 89.99 I spent on them. Well worth it. I cannot wait to pair them this summer with a pair of denim cutoffs and a tee shirt. SUPER CUTE! February 20, 2013

    Answer:
If you wear a 9D rule of thumb is that you reduce 1/2 size to wear cowboy boots. Unless the description or are aware that the boots run bigger or smaller, you would go for the 1/2 size rule.

    Answer:
Yes, we always suggest starting with your regular show size when ordering boots for the first time. We do carry many wide and extra wide boots. These particular boots do not come in wide. When searching for boots, I'd like to point out that Standard width for a man's boot is "D" width. Narrow width is labeled "B". Wide width is labeled "EE" or "EW".
Note, not every boot will be available in every width.

I have small feet. I wear a 5.5/6.0 shoe but I have 16" calves. Small feet and muscular calves make it difficult to find a western boot that fits. Curious on the shaft circumference of this boot.

    Thanks!

    Answer:
It may be difficult for you to get western boots like this. You may be only able to get roper style or size zip up boots because of your muscles. I would call customer service with your size and width to get dimensions of the shaft and then see if your local repair shop will be able to accommodate the stretch for the shafts width for you.
