I bought a pair of Laredo Black Cherry cowboy boots and paid $102.00 for them on 12-30-12. They were shipped and I received them on 1-9-13.
I could not get the boots on past the big toe without pushing to the point of pain.
I returned them to you for exchange to a properly fit 8 1/2 D.
I was informed that they would not be changed and resized and shipped until February 28, 2013.
This is not satisfactory. I cancelled the order.
I told the agent that I still wanted the boot if they could confirm an earlier replacement

These boots are not only well made, but they are made to stand up to some real work, not to mention that if after work you want to wear them to the local dance, then all you need is a little time, a bit of polish and then just climb into them and you are away!

I'm 6'0", 180lbs. Wear a 32x30 pant. Got the boots. First, they look cheap (and at ~$120 or so, they are). Too shiny even for a dress boot. Maybe just not my style. When on, they look like I'm wearing women's slippers. Not attractive. I'll be sending them back. Hopefully I can get my refund in a timely manner. Shepler's has been solid as far as website ease of use and expedited shipping. Just wish the boots had looked better. Can't blame Sheplers for that.

I normally do not wear Cowboy Boots, but wanted to have a pair for fun. After wearing these boots they may just become my everyday footwear. Whether wearing them with jeans or dress pants for my sales job, these boots look great.
Would recommend them no matter where you live, me being from Northeast OH. Style, color and quality fit any situation.

These Laredo boots fit perfectly, and they look brilliant. Over the last five years, I have ordered items from Sheplers, and I must emphasise how superb their service is. I own a pair of the identical boots in black. Owned them for 5 years. Decided to get a new pair, and loved the dark cherry. They are a little snug, but I suspect that they will fit better the longer I wear them. My original pair have been resoled twice and I've put two new sets of heels on them, but they still look great.

I gave a pair of these in the Black Cherry color to my son for his birthday. They are a gorgeous shade, very classy. He said they are more comfortable than he'd imagine about cowboys boots and he loves them! Thank you for a quality product at a fair price.

I brought 3 pairs of these for my husband and his groomsmen, we we're lucky they come in big foot sizers 12we. They loved amazing with grey suits in the central Australian desert for the wedding. The gents didn'tysuffer sore feet and we're out all night!!!! thank you :-)
