Needed to buy this hat as a christmas gift for my cousin and it was exactly the right hat i needed. Fits perfectly and looks great. Honestly have no complaints about this purchase.

The quality of the hat was not good. The stripe around the top of the hat was over the air holes on one side & below them on the other. Plus, the hat had a very hard plastic feel to it. It was returned.

Best looking hat I have ever purchased. Does run a bit on the large side so I suggest ordering one size smaller, Sheplers must be paying attention to these reviews because the one I received was flawless and shaped perfectly to my taste. The service was also faster than expected. My personal favorite of my collection.

Great hat, quality made, nice looking but it took three orders to get the correct size. By the second incorrect size I called Sheplers and asked them to front the shipping as it was getting ridiculous. They did and now I have a great hat.

First impression was "Nice",
The fit was right on the money, the stock shape was a clean western fold, not my style. 15 minutes with warm water and it was shaped and drying on my head.
Only negative is the hats crown was set off center which causes the top accent stripe to appear crooked. A little extra time setting up to form the crown would solve this...just my thoughts

I purchased this hat months ago. The top line of the hat isn't straight. It leans off to one side making it look like my hat is crooked. I should have contacted Shepplers to exchange it, never did. Otherwise this is a very stylish hat and comfortable to wear. I do'nt wear it anymore with the top band not straight.

Rated 4 out of 5 I have had nothing but great remarks about the looks of this hat! It did run a little large, every other hat I have purchased from Shepler's was good at 7 1/4, but this probably could have been a 7 and fit well. It shaped well when I steamed it, and I have been thoroughly happy with it.
