I am happy with my hat and the service during the process has been excelent. Sadly the taxes of importation I had to pay was more than price of the hat.
I really recommend to you review this information because as a customer I would like to decide how much I want to pay or how much time I want to wait.
The quality and the look&feel of my hat is what I was looking for.

I like this hat. It's a great looking moderate quality hat --- a good value overall.
My impression is that it could be a little bit more flexible/softer in the crown... but it is breaking in just fine.
NOTE: I had a delivery problem that was created by the delivery company - NOT by Sheplers... Shepler's Customer Service Department went all the way to solve that issue by sending/shipping me the hat "expedited" at no additional cost.

this hat is rather ok , although its not what i expected. its a little too wooly n easily collects lents. but is nicely fit to wear mayb jus for a special occasion.

When you want a great looking cowboy hat and you can not find a good western store close to you that has want you want, then I would suggest going online, go to Sheplers and find what you are looking for. Great buys and a lot to chose from.

This hat was an addition to my collection. I bought my second and third western hats From Sheplers almost 19 years ago. I have enjoyed each one. My first hats are now being enjoyed by my grandchildren.

What a great looking hat. It's exactly as I expected it to be, great style, fits great but only time will tell weather it becomes a great wearing hat as it wears in and softens up because as new it's quite hard /stiff and the indent on top is a bit hard on the top of my head but I'm sure it's gonna get better as I get used to it.
