I have been buying western wear for the past 30 plus years. You have had the best so I opened your last mailing when my last straw hat had it. I have limited income so this hat was just what I was looking for and as nice as any of the hats shown on the page.

While the hat itself arrived slightly bent, the customer service I received afterwards was fantastic. Tanya helped me sort the issue and sent me a replacement hat and was very polite and helpful the whole time. The hat itself was just as expected (except for the crease) and good quality.

I don't normally write reviews but I think this hat is great. I know some people complained about the fact that it has a shiny exterior but thats only waterproofing so the hat stays in top condition. The hat fits as expected and is a cool shape. All my friends complement me on how good it looks and most have asked me where they can get one.

The hat arrived on time, paked with great care, when I tried it on it w as fit and exactly like the picture on the web site. It is my first hat of this type, and I am wearing it all the time.

Hat was exactly what I wanted. Nice construction nothing fancy just a good all around hat to wear daily.
I would like to add that there was a small shipping problem and the hat wasn't shipped the day the web site said it would be shipped but after a couple of emails back and forth Sheplers shipped it out the next business day with free next day shipping. Great company to do business with and will do again the future.
