What is the circumference of the leg opening??

What is the circumference of the leg opening compared to Justin Stampede work boots?
I have the Justin stampede boots and they fit great, but I have tried on other boots and some are tighter in the leg than the ones I have now. I have larger calves and just wondering if these would fit well. I need them for my prom.
