The boots were a hit with our son but after trying them on one boot was narrower than the other. He has taken them back to get another pair. The service was good and we got the boots in a timelyh manner.

Boots arrived quickly, even to Australia so good service there. Boots are true to size and no wearing in. Now am buying another pair of ropers in tan. Had a another sole put over main sole (topy) to avoid wear and more expensive repairs on sole itself and extend life of boot.

I have worn Justin boots for 40 years; these have so far met expections. Very few manufacturers make this narrow width.
The "made in USA" boots seem to have better leather than the others.
Only time will tell about durability.

These are U.S. made on U.S. lasts so they run true to size and for me the most important part is a size "E" is available and is a true width.
Very nice styling, and pleasant ot wear.

I ordered the boots from Paris, France as we can hardly find nice US handcrafted boots here. I received the parcel 4 days later. Top quality product for day-to-day use and for riding my motorcycle (I drive a H-D Dyna Super Glide). The gear selector will not damage the leather which is both resistant and soft. When Sheplers unite with UPS you get top quality and delivery: everything went fine, from my first click on the website up to the reception of the parcel !
