What is the exact sizing of this product? For example L(46-48) And will the L be equivalent to a 46Tall?

I normally wear a 46T in a western blazer. I picked out a large on my wish list for this product. Would the large size be sufficient or would I need to order an XL? And will this product be available during the Christmas Holiday Season and /or for clearance . And will you be continually offering this product in the future in your stores and online? Iy's looking quite popular! Thank you!
