Rated 2 out of 5 by I think this should have been a shirt. The photo shows that the dress is shorter than most and my daughter wears it with bike shorts underneath, but the sleeves are very long and she has to cuff them twice. Possibly this "dress" should have been sold as a shirt but then it might be too slim. Very strange cut. Much of the glitter washes off the first time but there is still enough left to make it nice.
