It flares out when spinning which is fun. I recommend getting a pair of bike shorts for under the skirt. A good product for the money. May 10, 2011

Anyway, it didn't fit our daughter so we had to return. Wish it came in a size XL, as we would have gladly exchanged. November 30, 2010
    Rated 3 out of 5 by Cute but runs VERY small! I purchased this for my 8 yr. old daughters Halloween costume. This skirt is oober cute but runs very small in the waist. My daughter is in a 10 slim and I still have to pull the elastic in the waist tight so her pants stay up on her. We could get the skirt buttoned and zipped but it was not comfy on her at all and would likely not have fit for more than a month. I would say the 10/12 runs more like a 7/8 at the MOST. The skirt is also very light in color. We returned it and Sheplers returned us the money, no questions asked. If you purchase, definately purchase bigger size then you need! October 26, 2010
