Tried them on in Oz to get the right size, which was lucky, half size smaller than my normal. Really comfy with no break in. Great for riding seem very sturdy. Shaft is a little narrow if you have atheletic calves. If they ever wear out will get them again. Like to try their engineer boots as well April 1, 2010

    Answer: 
    The circumference can vary between the size of the boot width and foot length. You would need to tell us what size foot and width you normally take, if you have had trouble with harness boots before, then what you can do is order the next width larger and cut down half a size lengthwise to accommodate the extra room. Usually harness boots are larger in the shaft than regular cowboy boots, due to their campus boot design. Sometimes if there is a slight variance, a local shoe repair can stretch the shaft slightly in order to accommodate.

    If there is a selection for EE than use it. If there is not then graduate up 1/2 size for E and 1 whole size for D. Depending on the cut you may need 12 EE if available. Otherwise 11 1/2 EE should be the correct size.

    In men's sizing EE means wide width so make sure when ordering it is an 11 1/2EE.

    Harness boots are usually 1 3/4 to 2 inches high. This pair appears to be 1 1/2 inches high. I would contact the operator and they can make the inquiry to the warehouse for further explanations.
