i am getting ready to purchase my 4th pair of these GREAT boots! I've previously purchased 2 pair peanut brittle and one pair black! ALL have been great! I'm buying another peanut brittle this time. I'm not making my 4th purchase because these boots don't last! NOT AT ALL!! I wear them out!! I am performer/entertainer and wear them onstage and while performing in the audience for hours at a time!! I get GREAT comments and people go out of their way to compliment on their beautiful shine and texture. And the shine does not fade unless damaged or stained! People ask where I buy them so they may purchase! I've had other boots! Forget about em! These are the MOST COMFORTABLE BOOTS I've ever worn! These Eel Skin Boots are the only boots I have any interest in purchasing!

I ordered a pair of the Peanut Brittle a couple years back and they have been great! The only downside for me was that I dripped something on my right boot and it stained the boot and I could not really get it off. Going to order a pair of the Black because of the fit and the look. These eels stay shiny all the time and I only rub them off with a cloth and they look great.
I wear them for work, just be careful of spilling something on them! I love these boots

Just got my eel skin boots and they're the best looking boots you could imagine. Loads of people come up to me and ask where i bought them. The fit is fine and I've had no problem with comfort.

I was slightly concerned as to the colour of the peanut brittle, but it is almost identical to the picture. The boot is a real quality piece of work, and the eel leather looks and feels great. The stitching is quality throughout.
The fit was a bit tight across the foot, but nothing a night of dancing didn't fix. I get looks and complements on these boots whenever I wear them, and even convinced a couple of other people to get a pair.
Would definitely recommend them! But be sure to get some proper boot cream for keeping these beauties fresh.

I have purchased many pairs of cowboy boots from Shepler's, everything from pointed toe, to roper boots, to exotic boots. However, my recent purchase of the Dan Post Eel Leather Cowboy boots just blew me away! These boots are definitely one of the best quality and most comfortable pair of cowboy boots in my collection. I would highly recommend the Dan Post Eel Leather Cowboy boots if you are looking for an exotic boot with amazing comfort and fit. I ordered them to my true foot size and they fit great right out of the box.

Whoa! These boots rock. From day one, they fit perfectly and are now my favorite boots to wear. I am about to order a pair in black and hope they are as comfortable as the ones I have now! Highly recommend these boots from Dan Post.

In the last several months I have purchased several pairs of exotic boots. This is my first Dan Post boot. Very comfortable fit. Sheplers customer service has been great to work with. Highly recommended.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Stirfry51 The boots look fantastic
These boots look amazing. The first time I wore them out I received several comments. They are slightly narrow, but the length is a true fit. I haven't worn the boots long enough to determine how durable they are or how the material holds up, but so far so good. They are well worth the money up to this point.
