If the catalogue description mentioned frontside leather only and cloth on back side, I missed it. Thisproduct is not as I had anticipated. I purchased it as a gift and will allow the recipient to decide if it is acceptable.

Very pleased with this vest. Low price was the reason I purchaced but was also impressed with the feel of the leather and the cut of the vest when I had it on. Would buy again. Only reason this is not a 5 star is the back is cloth. Sheplers is a Great place to shop for western clothes on line.

Nice leather, a little stiff but is softening up as I use the vest. Plenty of room for shirt underneath. I have a 52" chest and am glad I got the 3X instead of the 2X

Very Happy with this vest. I will be wearing it to a Highland games soon. With its straight lines it fits well with a Sport Kilt Outfit it looks sharp with my Autumn Kilt and Red Jacobite Shirt in the Smooth Brown Finish. Wish to see a 5 button full leather Highland Waist Coat with capped leather shoulder openings in brown smooth leather made by this Company because there prices and quality are great and it would be a perfect match for People in Highland Games that wear a Sports Kilt just as well as this Vest

My husband really likes this vest, fits well He is 6'1 180lbs and it fits well. very flattering got lots of comments at the school where he teaches Math. will purchase more from Sheplars in the future. Excellent product. great finishes. professional look.

nice dark brown color. not to western looking: can be worn causal or dress. leather portion is of a heavy grade.
