First; I did not find the overall quality as described, and second, it was shipped to me in a box that was so small that it caused creasing of the hat brim. I have shopped with Sheplers for many years and this is the first time that I have been disappointed with my purchase. I hope that this is not a sign of things to come. June 12, 2012
