Great fitting boot as usually. I wear this boot with levis and sports jacket in the high end night clubs in Scottsdale, Arizona. I get compliments all the time on the boot. My only hesitation is polishing the boot when it needs it. It has a light yellow stitching and I'm afraid to color over it with tan or brown polish. I may just stick to sadlle soap and hope it does the trick!

When I received these boots and tried them on, I could hardly get my heel in them. They are a nice looking pair of boots, but getting them on was a job. I ordered 12EW and they were pretty snug. I don't know if ordering a 13EW will correct the fit, but I am returning them. I hear/read that Sheplers has GREAT CUSOMTER SERVICE, so I'm assuming that it will be a smooth transaction.

I ordered 10.5 E/W boot i recived a 10.5 E/W boot on a 10.5 sole cant even get my feet in.

I bought the wrong sized boots for riding. Customer Service was EXCELLENT!!!... EXCELLENT!!!... EXCELLENT!!!... oh and did I mention how EXCELLENT!!!... the customer service was? Just in case I forgot... let me just say that the Customer Service was EXCELLENT!!!...
