I bought these boots for my boyfriend over the internet because they didn't seem to have them in stock at any store locations. We knew they ran big from reading other reviews so we ordered a 9 (he usually wears a 9 1/2). We still had to mail them back and ended up with a 8 1/2.
They fit now and he says they feel great!

IN ONE WORD THE ITEM IS PERFECT. TOO MUCH DIFFERENT THE SIZE FROM 13D (TOO LARGE AND WIDE) AND 12D (LIGHTLY THIN).
Please, for your next promotions with free shipping, think something for not domestic customers.

First pair of chippewa boots that I have not had to return. Perfect fit for someone with a high instep. Will be easy to break in. Very comfortable.

This is my third pair of these boots. I have been wearing these for about 10 years and still love them. I wear these everyday at work so they have to be comfortable and durable.

good looking boot that seems to be built very well. good lining in the shaft and a vibram sole that's always a winner.

Whilst these boots are only brand new, they have the look and feel of quality, so I expect them to last.

Great quality and superb material, and on top of all the Vibram sole.
A great working boot that can handle just about any environment.
I haven't tried them in winter conditions yet but since they are quite a bit wider then expected there's plenty of room for an extra pair of socks so they'll probably work fine in the cold as well !
If you're only going to use them in warm climate consider a more narrow size then you usually wear, that's my advise.
