Rated 5 out of 5 by Chippewa Motorcycle boots My new boots are as advertised. Real motorcycle boots. They are high quality leather and built to last. I especially appreciate the padded uppers, they work as insulators from the cold, as well as, the heat from the exhaust pipes. The extra leather strip to protect against shift lever rub is a plus feature. It clearly reflects the shoe designer's attention to detail and the intended use. February 7, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by My Milwakee boots They are a comfortable boot once you wear them a few times to loosen them up. They give you good support and the soles look like they have been designed well for foot placement. March 8, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by very nice boot the only thing im not sure about is the size. i havint disided yet if its a bit big or if it will be fine in the end. (i just wore them today for the first time) February 28, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice Boots As Sheplers don't have any detailed information whatsoever, I took a chance and ordered a size 10. They run a little large. A 9.5 would work fine. They are very nice boots, the leather is of superior quality and it doesn't shine, a very nice bonus. The heals are not as tall as I would expect in a motorcycle boot, but they're about an inch. The soles are what disappointed me. I live in Colorado, more of our months have some kind of moisture, mainly snow and ice and these soles aren't made for our weather, they have no lugs, just a modest pattern, so I would classify them as seasonal boots. On the back, behind the heel is a very large JD logo patch, much like the one you see on the front of the boot, with jeans worn outside, you can still see that logo, which is irritating since I don't want to be a walking billboard. Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Boots!! I ordered from the UK and was a little concerned with the sizing chart as it states a US 9-1/2 = UK 9, I was always led to believe that UK sizes were a full size down from US ones. When the boots arrived the latter ran true and I was worried about going through the long exchange process. However, I put them up against my old Frye boots of similar design and they seemed to match. First fitting is always going to be a battle with these boots as was the case with my Frye's, but I endured for about a week and day by day it gets a little easier, the Hide gives quite a bit. If you are a UK 9, I'd order a US 10 as this is the case with Durango's; and I think the Durango's are much better made than the Frye's. 10/10 January 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by cool American boots These boots run small - had to go up 1/2 size though you might need to go up a full size if you wear thick socks. Nice having a little more height than a typical engineer boot. Can wear with pants tucked in or out depending on your need and your look. Great that they're fully leather lined and padded. Design is mix of european cycle boots and the classic American engineer. Fantastic made in USA product. Try to always buy American. Will take a while to break these tough boots in which will only make them better. December 2, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Chippewa Motorcycle Boots The 10 1/2D is my usual shoe/boot size. I found the size a bit high in the instep. But with a good pair of hiking insoles, the boots not only fit well, but add to the walking comfort. These boots are a bit heavy, but they protect well in the event of a spill. I especially like the large flap in the upper shank, and the two lower straps, all with velcro closures. Very easy on and off. I have also found that even the rigid Wrangler western jeans fit well tucked inside the boots for more weather protection. The boots serve another purpose: they make a good work boot for around the house. An excellent quality boot at a very good price, made in the U.S.A. The Vibram sole adds to the safety when mounting and dismounting the motorcycle. November 27, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Boulet motercycle harness boots This is one of the best fitting pair of boots i have had from sheplers. All the others have been good fitting too. Anthony Greenalsh. Australia. December 28, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Durango Boots from Shepler On Line I purchased a pair of Durango Harness Boots on line from Shepler. I was initially nervous about buying boots without actually trying them on and seeing the quality of the boot. I can say that without exception, the fit and quality of this boot was excellent. Just what the doctor ordered. I chose the brown weathered look style and they are really nice. Comfortable to the max. Shepler got the boots to me a lot faster than I had anticipated. I fully intend to visit the nearby retail location to see what their store is like. December 27, 2012

    Answer:
You may consider a 9-1/2 to 10-1/2. Wide width is labeled "EE" or "EW". Please keep in mind that this is only a guideline, and I cannot guarantee what size will be needed.
