    Rated 5 out of 5 by Sparkly and Sexy This is a very nice black hat with 3 rows of Rhinestones on the hat band. The hat band appears to be removable but it's not, it's glued to the hat, but that's fine with me, I wouldn't take it off even if I could. I love the sparkles. I got a S/M and it's a little loose. I don't want to shake my head and have my hat moving in a different direction. And I like to wear my hats low on the forehead so I've tried several different hair styles to try and make the hat NOT fall off when I put my head down. Once I put it on I'm leaving it on all day or all night, whichever the case may be, so it needs to stay put. There must be a product for that or some trick I don't know of yet because I love the hat and it's not going back. One more thing ladies, keep this one in a box; the black (faux) felt picks up tiny dust particles/lint like crazy. May 8, 2013
