This is my first cowboy hat and I love it. It fits great and is very comfortable. I was able to shape it in the back to where it was comfortable for me, but it required very little shaping to be perfect. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.

The hat is very cute and fits perfectly. However, the drawstring is cheaply made; leatherette that's been painted with a brush stroke?? The drawstring is stiff, kinked and the paint is chipping. For such a nice hat, it would make sense to include a DYED drawstring. The cost of getting it delivered to Canada ended up costing over double the listed value; this hat is definitely not worth more than $50 flat. UPS charged $25ish for duty and services on a $45 hat. This seems rather steep when you consider that the cost of shipping was $25ish and already paid to Sheplers. So, beware of all your costs before making this purchase. As well, I bought the hat as a gift and it took over 3 weeks for Sheplers to ship it; once shipped the delivery time was quick. On the good side, my daughter's friend looks great wearing the hat! However, we cut the drawstring off. It hung all kinked and looked and felt plastic. Too bad! This could be a great product, but in my experience, is only 'ok'.

This hat was a birthday gift from my best friend and I absolutely love it! She nailed my personality and style when she selected it. Fits perfectly, I get tons of compliments when I wear it, and several friends and acquaintances are interested in buying the same hat. I would recommend everyone to this hat, perfect balance of functionality and chic. Also, it matches my snip toe boots by old west remarkably well. Love the combo!

I ordered this for my niece for christmas and had it shipped directly to her, according to my sister it is absolutely perfect, however since my niece lives 2 states away i did not order the correct size, my sister has to contact the company for exchage in size, I am not sure if she has done so, this is the only reason I did not rate it higher because I am not sure how the exchage is going..

Love the style of this cowboy hat and that is why I chose it. However, when it arrived the string that attaches to the inside of the hat was not attached and we had to hot glue it back in. The leather string used is flimsy and cheap. I didn't want to return the hat and pay return postage. That would have defeated the purpose. I was disappointed to say the least. Also, I measured my head according to the measurements provided and the hat is a tight fit which I didn't expect. I am hoping when I wear it I won't end up with a headache.

I had to return the hat to exchange the size from large to extra large. Loved the hat, just waiting for the new size. Your packaging did make it easy to return. I think your womens hats run a little small as I normally wear a large men's hat. But I usually buy men's hats because I don't like the womens hats. Yours is an exception.

I am very happy with my hat! It was exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I found that I didn't like was the strings that go under your chin were not secured very tightly to the hat. One of them came off as soon as I got it out of the box. But, overall, I am very happy and I would recommend this to others.

It?s not your average hat, from the minute I saw the package to the moment I put it on, bought it for a Toby Keith concert & felt fabulous wearing it in an atmosphere full of cowboy hats galore! Your ganna love it and so is everyone else who see?s it. The color, the fabric and detail? simply stunning! I would of paid more for it! Give it a chance to charm you as it did me?. ENJOY!
