Through no fault of their own, the boots just did not fit my feet. I received the first pair, and tried them on. They felt like my toes were being squeezed together pretty well. I called up customer service. The person I talked to was very nice. She suggested I try one half size larger, and set up the order. also, she suggested I wait until the 2nd set came in before I send the 1st set back. The 2nd set came in today. Even though they were not as tight as the 1st pair, they still felt like my toes were being squeezed a bit. I asked my husband for his advice. He said that I might be able to break them in, but they might very well break me first. I decided that he was right, so I just took both pairs to the post office and returned them. I now am awaiting my full refund for both pairs. Once again, this is not the boots' fault. I just have feet that are a little wider than the medium.

This is my first pair of Justin Gypsy boots. They have the square toe which is different than most of my other boots. I got them to wear for casual nice going out on the town. They are very different than any other boots I have. I was initially nervous about getting a lower shaft boot and style. Very happy with the risk I took. Justin has yet to let me down. They are a company with morals and care for their customers and the product.

I just bought a pair of this ( 045E04 ) at local shop. Seven dollars cheaper. They are great boots,comfy, classy. and sassy. just one of many pairs I have. love them.

They are attractive and comfortable. I use my shoe inserts and they fit fine with those in them to help my plantar f. I want another pair in different colors. I have ridden with them, worn them to the barn and just with Jeans out shopping and they look and work good in all ways. If cleaned back up, they might even go with a long skirt...

Rated 5 out of 5 by LoveJustinBoots I didn't think I would like the short top pn these boots but I do. It gives me an excuse to buy longer pants and boot cut jeans. I had foot surgery and didn't think I could wear boots again but the J-Flex system is like walking on a cloud and I don't have to use inserts in them. I have always wore Justin Boots even when I was growing up in Texas. I would like to have a pair of regular boots in black with the regular top but can't afford them right now, I ordered the boots on Wednesday night and they shipped on Friday and I got them on Monday and wore on Tuesday. I have dealt with Sheplers before in Oklahoma City when I lived there, I have always gotten great service.

Good riding boot as well as comfortable for wearing with jeans around the place. Suede top lovely and soft, but I wouldn't want to get it dirty!
