    Sizing

    Hi there,

    I am from Australia and VERY interesting in purchasing the Boulet Tooled Shaft Cowgirl Boots - Square Toe boots as well as another pair (Justin Stampede Cattleman CowGirl Boots) from you but I have a couple concerns.

    Firstly, do you have the Boulet Tooled Shaft Cowgirl Boots in a B (Standard/normal width) - I understand that C stands for Wide Width and I am concerned these will be too wide for me. I normally wear a B (normal width) or a narrow width.

    More importantly, your sizing conversion chart. It doesn't seem correct. I am normally an Australian size 8 1/2 or 9. According to your sizing chart that is a US Size 10. In some other places that I look, the conversion describes US sizing being SMALLER then AU (an Australian size 8 is a US size 7), but in your conversion chart I would be a 10. There is a huge difference between a 7 and a 10 and I want to be certain I am ordering the right size, particularly since I want to buy 2 boots. My foot measures 25.5 cms. Can you recommend the size for me?

    Answer:
    I was a bit concerned by the "C" width too, since in shoes made in the United States I take "B" width. These boots do not fit really snug, but they are fine.

    Answer:
    The Boulet boots show "C" but that is really Canadian for medium width (most common). So all the boots you see there are standard medium widths noted as "C", not wide widths.

    Regarding the size conversion chart, we verified it is correct. In centimeters:
    9 1/2 = 25.4 cms
    10 = 25.9 cms

    I would recommend Size 10 for comfort even though it's slightly larger.
