It is very nicely made (had to return the first one though because of a lining problem) and only required a little steaming by my girlfriend to remove some wrinkles. Wish I had more time to wear it.     Yes, size 40 i could not wear but the 42 i ordered, which is my coat size (L) it fit perfecly
