This is probably my 8th pair of these boots. I wear them every day for about 8to 9 months until they wear out. (the seams at the instep give way) they are my riding ,mucking,washing horse/dogs boot. They are very comfortable. I wear a women's size 11, so I buy a mans size 9. They are wide and long enough. A great boot.

This is the most comfortable footwear I have ever purchased.
In addition, I own 3 pair of Ariat cowboy boots. Over the past 45 years I have owned almost every major brand of cowboy boots, but none more comfortable.

We buy two pairs of these boots per year. My husband wears a pair to the extent of having the leather of the big toe ripped, that's when we order another pair. Very comfortable as well.

Excellent boots, appear to have good quality construction. These tend to run true to size. I ordered a pair in size 10.5D, and they fit very well.
Shepler's included a "instruction" sheet on how boots should fit - which was VERY helpful. The sheet describes how all new boots tend to slip in the heel when first tried on, and that you should go by the way the rest of the boot fits, esp. in the instep. Sure enough, when I first tried them on, they fit well, but slipped a bit in the heel. A couple of days later, as they became broken in, and were more flexible, the slipping stopped.
Had it not been for the Shepler's fitting guide, I would have returned the boots as being too large - which they are not. I'm very happy with my purchase, and with Shepler's!
