At the core of ATS technology is the Ariat ATS composite shank. This patented shank design reduces skeletal and muscular fatigue and injury. Mid-foot support reduces metatarsal stress. The forked shank design allows natural forefoot flex. The ATS footbed has a low-friction surface to protect from heat build-up and blistering. Shock-absorbing gel forefoot cushion reduces skeletal impact stress on knees, hips, and lower back. Cupped footbed chassis offers torsional stability. This Ariat Sonora cowgirl boot features a bitterwater brown leather foot under an embroidered 12" matching leather shaft. Cutouts detail triad shaft and pull straps. White leather seam and collar piping. Leather lining. Single stitched welt. Modern snip toe profile. Roughout leather wrapped 2 1/2" cowgirl boot heel. I was even more excited to find that they fitted really well (I'd ordered a half size bigger after reading reviews and I recommend it). Have had many comments on them so far and I'm looking forward to Autumn's cooler weather so I can wear them more! Thank you Sheplers, wonderful service and have recommended you to many friends!
