Ariat exclusive ATS technology supports and cushions as you move, promoting good posture and reducing fatigue. At the core of ATS technology is the Ariat ATS composite shank. This patented shank design reduces skeletal and muscular fatigue and injury. Mid-foot support reduces metatarsal stress. The forked shank design allows natural forefoot flex. The ATS footbed has a low-friction surface to protect from heat build-up and blistering. Shock-absorbing gel forefoot cushion reduces skeletal impact stress on knees, hips, and lower back. Cupped footbed chassis offers torsional stability. These Ariat Probaby riding boots feature a full grain leather foot under a fancy stitched 6" lace-up leather shaft. Riding heel. Fabric lining. Single stitched welt. Round toe profile. Imported.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Not my old boots. The ad image appeared to be my old pair of boots. Sadly they aren't. The toe shape is very boxy and the sole isn't a work sole. They aren't as supple in the ankle due to the padding and don't fit the same. I'm going to wear them cause I need them, but will continue to hope I run across a pair like my favorites and try to get new soles put on the poor old things cause I love 'em. If you like the "Fat Baby"'ll love these. August 28, 2013
