Got them in brown color at Shepler`s / Vegas. Size runs - like with all of my Ariat`s - a bit big. To me, it`s an advantage. Love these boots, specially they feel like sneakers while wearing and look great! Leather-quality is thin so best for summer-season.

I bought these boots 2 years ago--I LOVE THEM--my only issue is that the patent leather tips wore off after the 1st year and I didn''t wear them that much--I took them to my shoe repair guy--and he said there is no way to repair---I am so sad because I spent a lot of money on them --I love the look --but they are not nice to look at anymore.....

I had been thinking for months which boots to chose until I saw these. It was love at first sight.
I ordered them in size 8,5 and they turned out to be 39,5 in EU sizing, which would be perfect, but even though my right foot is bigger than the left, the boot runs a bit big on my right foot. Otherwise the sole is very comfortable, it remembered the shape of my foot perfectly after a couple of days.
I was a bit worried about the shaft since I have quite thick calves, but it's perfect. I give big bad points to the boot straps though because they rubbed out my leg and my stocking. I wish they were sewn in under the top leather layer (as it is on the outside) because both the edge of the strap and the end of the sewing thread scratch. I stuck them down in the end. I wouldn't call this part of the boot quality construction.
Altogether I give these boots 4 out of 5. I always receive compliments about them and I often find myself just sitting and looking at them. :)

We had to return them and have ordered a 5.5.Prefer a size 5 but they don't come in that size.

We are going to a wedding in Northern California where our neice is marrying a cowboy......a REAL cowboy. We are also going to my husbands 40 college reuntion in Colorado a week later so I took the opportunity to pull out my turquoise jewery and plan for the WEST! The boots are dressy - I love patent leather so they were perfect. They are not the boots I remember. They are soft and comfy.

First off, let me say that I love Ariat boots -- they feel great on your feet and run true to size. Next, that the purchasing experience through Shepler's was good -- boots came on time, were packaged well, etc. I could not wait to get these boots! But when I pulled them out of the box, I was immediately disappointed in the shaft leather -- it didn't look like quality leather -- it appeared plastic, even though it smelled like leather and detail said it was leather. The patent leather wingtips were totally fun. The boot fit and felt like a dream. After putting it on, walking around the room, looking in the mirror -- I just couldn't keep these. They were too $ to look this cheap. I packaged them up, unpackaged them and put them back on, but the quality was just not there. I returned them the same day. :(

These are comfortable, a little flashy, and just great all-around boots! I love them and wear them to work in an office everyday. If you want something dressy and a little different - these are the boots for you. You have to have a little sass to wear them - definitely not for a stick-in-the-mud kind of girl.
