Two Years ago I visited Memphis from London (UK) and purchased a pair of Abilene in Pink . I had been looking for a while in the UK for a similar boot. Unable to locate a pair I then looked online and found Shepler.com . I received the boots before the original estimated time frame and I was VERY VERY Happy with the delivery and the boots arrived in sturdy packaging and un marked and fit perfectly. I will most certainly recommend Sheplers and Abilene , and will definitely use Sheplers again when purchasing boots and possibly other products which I find difficult to obtain in the UK.

Purchased boots for my fiance for Xmas present.
She adores the fit and style and dances every Friday evening wearing them with blue jeans.

This product is very similar to the photo on Sheplers, which is great. I am in Australia and found that when using the conversion chart to work out my boot size, the size 10 that I order is actually slightly to big and as it stretches will probably become too big to wear. I am usually an Australian size 8.5.

I like these boots in that they go on easily, look nice and fit quite comfortably. But I have only worn them dancing twice and I have two concerns. The arch seems very high, at least for me, and I started having pains run up my leg after standing at a party in them for an hour and half. They are okay to dance in, though. Second, I've only worn them indoors on dance floors for a couple of hours, and the leather soles are already showing a lot of wear. I fear the soles will not last very long.
